WE FORMED PARADIGM in 2019 to offer modern, intuitive practice management and payment tools to law firms of all shapes and sizes. Led by Soumya Nettimi (CEO), Colin Li (CFO/CRO), and Jason Luo (COO), Paradigm included four acquisitions in the legal technology industry: PracticePanther, Bill4Time, MerusCase, and Headnote. Paradigm was sold to Francisco Partners in 2021.
